Atlassian Central will be Atlassian’s flagship Australia headquarters anchoring Sydney’s newest technology and innovation precinct, known as Tech Central. The building owner and developer is Dexus. The 39-storey building will be the world’s tallest hybrid timber and steel building constructed adjacent to Sydney’s Central Station and over the existing heritage listed Parcel Shed and former YHA. Atlassian has a strong focus on sustainability for the project.
McGregor has worked with Built Obayashi JV from the pre-tender stage, preparing a 4D Construction Animation and project BIM Implementation Plan, that were both key elements of Built Obayashi JV’s successful tender bid package.
McGregor is providing the following services on the Atlassian Central project, for the Built Obayashi JV:
